What is the Level System & why do the prices vary for each stylists?

The level system is determined by the demand on the stylists time. It also reflects on how many years in the hair industry they have. Their pricing reflects upon that

I went to a Level 1 Stylist for a $25 blowout, but I was charged more, why is this?

Pricing of services will increase depending on the time accumulated to perform the service, length and thickness of hair and products used. This applies to chemical services as well. Julio Angel Hair Studio has the right to increase prices at any time

Why is it the same price when an associate applies my color?


What will happen if I cancel my appointment same day?

We understand that things come up, but the salon has a same day cancellation policy. First offense, you will be reminded that we have a cancellation policy. Second offense, we must take down a credit card number to book a future appointment. Third offense, your credit card will be charged 50% of the appointment originally booked.

What will happen if I “No Show” to my appointment?

If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, the salon will ask for a credit card number to be put on file for future appointments. If you decide to no show again to an appointment, your credit card will be charged 100% of the appointment originally booked.

What will happen if I am late to my appointment?

If you are running late to your appointment, please notify the salon. Every minute counts in your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Your stylist will do his or her best to accommodate you.

What forms of payment do you accept & can I tip on a credit card?

The salon accepts all forms of payment including all major credit cards, cash, checks & Apple Pay. We do not accept tip on a credit card. Gratuity must be given in cash or check. The salon also does not give cash back.

Do you send appointment confirmations?

The salon will send a text or call 48 hours in advance to remind you of your scheduled appointment. Our confirmation texts ask you to reply back “YES” or “NO” to confirm., please do so.

What should I do if I am unhappy with my service(s)?

If you are not satisfied with the service(s) you received, please notify the salon immediately. Don’t be shy, we want to help! We will offer you a re-do service at no charge, depending on the situation, but you must come in within a week of the initial appointment. After that, you will be charged full price. The salon does not give refunds. All corrections are done by the stylist that initially performed the service. If you wish to see a different stylist, you will be charged full price. Blowouts are not included in the re-do service. If you wish to received one, you will be charged.

Can I return a product if it is damaged or I do not like it?

Yes, however the product must be barely used in order to return. It must be returned within 3 weeks of the initial purchase to receive a full refund. REDKEN Root Touch Up Kits are not refundable.

What are service packages?

The salon offers packages that include blowouts, eyelash extension fill ins and waxing. It is buy 4, receive 1 free. Blowout package pricing is determined by the stylist you purchase it with. Additional hot tool will be included in the price. Once the blowout package is purchased with a stylist, you cannot use it with different stylists. You also cannot transfer the package to another client. Packages do not expire.

How do I book a hair extension appointment?

All hair extension appointments require a prior consultation to the service. This is so that the stylist can match your hair color and go over pricing. A 50% deposit is required to book the extension service. This is non-refundable. We do not apply extensions that are provided by the client
